Apple Watch vibrating for calls and texts but not any other notifications.

Have an Apple Watch Series 4 fully updated and checked haptic settings etc but still only get vibration for calls and text. Other notifications light up the watch but do not vibrate.

done full factory reset and paired with another phone but still same issue?
