All you can do is try the link provided by FoxFifth. Refunds are not guaranteed. Apple provides many solutions to prevent this from happening. If the child has their own device, you can set a Screen Time password to prevent purchases, or choose the Ask to Buy option so the purchase is approved by you first. You can also set a Screen Time password on your device to prevent an unauthorized purchase.
