Carrier Voicemail

Carrier Voicemail is clearly displayed on the screen when I tap my Voicemail icon.

What is showing is Carrier Voicemail with a button further right which read "Call".

You tap on Call and it brings you to your voicemail box where you have to enter your PIN.

The automatic voice tells me that I have no - repeat - no messages nor is there an option to 'delete' the non-existing message.

This is clearly a glitch somewhere beyond the iPhone owner's responsibilities. Apple and in my case, Rogers, must get together and resolve this annoying glitch.

And yes, I have tried the suggested resolves on this blog but none of them work.
