Issue with Apple ID on iPhone

I logged in under someone else's Apple ID and got scammed, I can't log out of their account without a password, can Apple support help me? Check, warranty card and box are available. The phone was bought new.

There's also screenshots of the fraud and extortion.

You can start a support request to remove the Activation Lock. You will need to provide the original receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller that shows your name along with the serial number of the device.

I am currently managing my device but just don't have my Apple ID password, will support just reset it or can they do a full device reset? (Data is not a pity, the main thing is to return to your Apple ID) Earlier I have already left two requests, the attachments left the warranty and box with praufami.Check I have Kaspi.

Apple will have to determine if the information provided is enough to prove the device is yours. A picture of the box will not do it. In the past it needed to be the original receipt. If approved, they will send you a link to reset your password which may/ or may not require a full device reset.
