No matter how I configure, nor what I select, I cannot choose a signature, it is greyed out. 2 versions below. I know I've made one before that didn't include an image, but I can't do it either way now.
High Sierra 10.13.6.

Highlight iCloud on the left & click the tiny minus icon below.
Alternately you can Grab where it says Signature $1 & drag itto iCloud on the left.
below what? you mean the one next to the plus sign? it isn't clickable and does nothing please include screenshots for those of us not knowing terminology or references. thanks
