I spent 2 hours on phone with apple advisor trying to unlock my iPhone stuck in voice over mode. Was told to erase my iPhone. Started the process then cancelled when I found this 4 min video on YouTube. It worked perfectly in minutes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GyhEwc3wRTA Please get this info to others who make the mistake of trying a feature that does not work.
