Apparently your digitizer is failing, this mostly occurs when the screen gets cracked. The digitizer is built into the screen and is the part that detects touches. To fix the digitizer, the screen has to be replaced. When it is failing, it will detect random touches from the screen. Sometimes it will even lock you out of your account by sensing incorrect touches on your Lock Screen passcode. The only solution is to have it diagnosed at Apple or Authorized Apple Service Center.

Is in there another way of fixing ghost touch??

If you have a screen protector or film covering your screen, then try removing that just in case. The reports I have seen from users with the issue has been related to a hardware problem that can only be fixed by Apple. I have never seen a Software problem with any of the iOS releases that caused it.
