AARP in Apple News

Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and most other publications allow subscribers to access their feeds in Apple News without an additional subscription to Apple News+. AARP magazine doesn’t. Why?

Why is Apple News showing subscriber-only news stories? I'm an Apple News subscriber. Why am I seeing more content that requires a subscription to the originating news provider? I'm seeing it mainly with the Washington Post. It's frustrating to select a headline in Apple News and then hit a paywall. Apple News Problem The instructions given by Apple for accessing a current journal subscription (e. g., Wired) on Apple News are not working. There is no "already a subscriber?" or "subscribe to [individual journal] button. It appears that you have to subscribe to the Apple News program or nothing. How do I access my own subscriptions from within News? I ask because News often highlights an article I haven't yet found on the journal's own webpages or apps, so I'd like this functionality.
