Hello, I have a problem with the game life is strange before the storm.

My problem is.. in the 1st episode after Rachel and Chloe were dancing then screen getting dark and it’s supposed to be end of the 1st part, but instead going to the 2nd part game is crushing and I’m getting kicked out of the game. Thank you for listening, please help me.
