I got a new download from Apple Arcade and the purchase is showing a grid icon

I purchased an apple arcade subscriprion but the apps are not working they are showing a grey grid icon i can't open it when i find it in the app store it says open but when i click on it it says no purchases of apps and i did purchase apps i've tryed everything!!

And my purchases are not saying its not allowed though

iPhone 8, iOS 16
