Instagram photo access

I keep trying to give Instagram and Snapchat access to my photos. When I click on the app there’s this option that saids “enable access to photos” when I click on that it takes me to the settings on my iPhone. However it doesn’t have the photos option. How can I get access to my photos and enable my apps to use my photos ?

iPhone 12, iOS 14

Instagram --> Open Instagram > Tap your Profile (Bottom RHS) > Tap three bars (Hamburger icon) > Tap Cogged Wheel (Settings) > Privacy > Story > Save To Camera Roll [Enable]

Delete the apps and reinstall them
