uninstall .pkg installation

What is the correct procedure to remove a .pkg installation providing that sometimes some installation are not putting an icon in Applications which you can just drop in the bin?

Objective is to be able to roll back after an installation cleaning back the system.

I'm wandering if there is a command line or a graphical tools similar to what is available in Linux.

Thanks

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.2

If you have installed something with an installer package and the developer doesn’t have a suitable uninstaller, Suspicious Package can show you what the package will install (if you still have the installer package).

You can then manually remove the bits it didn't uninstall.

You should never install anything with a package where the developer doesn’t provide an uninstaller or complete instructions.
