Battery Condition Service reccomended
After replacing the battery my self and tried two different batteries i get the error PFM006 issue with SCM and PPT001 battery not recognized. I have tried resetting the SCM and throubleshooting, nothing seems to be working. I have an X in my battery and it dosn’t show the percentage of the battery. If i use not my original Macbook pro charger the computer just shuts down. How can i solve this?
So when i startup the mac the battery has an X in it, after logging in i can’t find the battery when i go to system setting i still get the service reccomended for the battery. WIth coconutBattery it dosn’t also recognize the battery. I can use the computer without a charger.
Something weird that happens also is that if i connect a Satechi USB-C Multiport-adapter and my charger to that and try to connect i to my computer i just get a black screen, but the trackpad can be clicked. So if i want to use an extended screen i need to first connect my charger though one of my ports on my macbook then connect the Satechi USB-c Multiport-adapter otherwise the screen just goes black and nothing happens.
Any thought on how i can solve this. I tried with two new batteries and i have tried restarting PRAM and SMC, nothing seems to work.
Would lovely answer any questions
