Request a second titanium card for spouse
I would like to request a second Titanium card for my wife, with her name on it. How can I request it?

You can invite her to be a Participant (Authorized User) on your account. If she accepts your invitation, she can request a card using her iPhone and virtual Apple Card in her Wallet. Please review the Apple Support article I linked below.
