“Liquid detected in lightning connector” message

I’ve had an iPhone 13 Pro Max since launch, and have been using it ever since. But, a few weeks ago I got this message, but I didn’t think much of it since it would still charge anyway. But, now it doesn’t let me charge at all. This happens with every cable I use and I had to go out and buy a MagSafe charger just to be able to use this. The phone has never had contact with water. Any help?
