The texts from my Apple iPhone 13 started appearing in my main Gmail account. I followed a thread from 2022 and went to Settings>Messages>Send And Receive on the phone but only my phone# is checked. Then I turned off iMessage and restarted my MacBook. I went to Settings>Message>iMessage and turned it back on. Sent a sample text to that email address and it went right to my email.

What about if you remove your email from Messages>Settings on you Mac...?
or sign into Messages with your cell number...
Good idea to try from the MacBook side. I tried selecting and then deselecting the email address. And then, I synced. Tried a text and no text in my email. Great! Thanks!!!
