I thought I was adding money to my Apple Cash card and it looks like I put it in my Apple ID account how can I switch it or get the money back since I can’t use it to purchase coins in my game

Unless Apple grants you an exception by contacting them directly, there is no way to transfer money from your Apple Account to any other account. Many people will redeem a Gift Card that adds money to their Apple account and will want to transfer it to their bank account and that is not allowed, since the Gift Cards are for purchases only and cannot be redeemed for cash. If you added money using a debit card, it may be possible for them to reverse that transaction, but there is no way for you to accomplish that on your own. Contact Apple Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE and request a refund. Several members have reported being able to receive a refund. However, I tried 6 months ago or so and was told it’s not possible. Good luck to you!
