It will work better and more efficiently and cleanly compared to the Apple adapter. Anker adapters using gan technology are super small yet extremely strong, they also have technology inside the adapter to check the temperature of your device so you don’t have a hot phone when you go to pick it up. It also will charge your phone just as fast, if not FASTER, than your Apple adapter.
the watts being 67 means that’s the max, it will only provide as much energy as the phone asks for, it is no risk to any electronic device and is almost entirely universally compatible for max charge speeds except Samsungs fastest 45w rate, xaomi phones fastest charge rate and I think blackberry? But it’s going to impress you. Watch.
unless your MacBook Pro uses more than 67 watts in which case it will be a little less than max charge speed for that.
the 67watts will split between the ports for you, and as less power is drawn from one port, more power is provided to the other ports, it’s quite dynamic
sometimes when all 3 devices are low on battery and they all want more juice, your MacBook Pro might have a message that it’s not getting max power but that’s fine, you just can’t be gaming for like 20 minutes or the frame rate will be sketchy

Sorry, but no one here can guarantee if using this particular "charger" will be safe to use charging all three devices simultaneously.
In theory, each of your Apple devices' charger is built into each respective device. In turn, you would use a power adapter (what this device actually is) to supply current to those internal chargers. The Apple chargers are "smart." That is, they control how much current to draw from the power adapter.
