What message shows up on your iPhone/Mac when you attempt to redeem it? The screenshot is not what would be shown when redeeming in the App Store.
Note that in your original post it states "Do not share your code", and this is a public support forum for anyone to see and the code should be redacted.

That is the error that you would match with the support article viewed on the top of this page. In that support article it states:
If you see a message that says that your card has already been redeemed, you might have already redeemed it. Sign out of the App Store or iTunes Store on all of your devices, then sign back in. This refreshes your Apple Account balance. Learn how to check your Apple Account balance.
