Unable to sign into Disney+ on iPhone/iPad (can on MacBook and Apple TV+)

I have a Disney+ account that I can stream on my MacBook and Apple TV+ (and PS5) devices, but my iPhone 14 and iPad Pro (with M1 chip) will not let me sign in using the Disney+ app. When I enter my account/email address, I keep seeing the message "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later". Any help in this would be greatly appreciated (extremely frustrating!).
