Whatsapp keyboard and send button

Hi there. My whatsapp keyboard and send button is not working unless I press it like 5 times. I have uninstalled and installed whatsapp and switched my phone on and off. Nothing is helping. Can you please give aime advice? The rest if the phone’s keys reapond quickly to touch but not whatsapp
