Lost Iphone

Hi I lost my iPhone a week ago and I put it on lost mode and when I got my replacement device. I erased it from my account and find my device. So whoever will find it will be able to use it or not and can he access my data? And will my name or display of possession be erased from my screen or not as I set a message to contact me if anyone will find it but I have removed it now ?
