Real bug in the screen

I sent my MacBook to an Apple workshop who told me that Apple is not responsible for the fact that an insect got into (under) my screen as if they were not responsible for the design and "insect proofing" of their MacBook. Now I have a tiny black spot on my srceen. They are asking me for more than $1,000 to repair this high-end device purchased in 2022. Is there a way to be better listened to by Apple ?

I'm probably not the only one with this problem ?
