I tried getting a call for Apple support. After being on hold for 18 minutes, the call dropped. Then I tried to start a new case. I pressed the "call now" button and got the message, "We’re sorry. We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again or come back later". I tried this multiple times. I restarted the computer, deleted the cache, and restarted again. Still, I got the same result. Finally, I tried "schedule a call," and that seemed to work.
