Photo Paper Choices not Appearing

I have a MacBook Air M2 running Sonoma using a Canon TR8520 printer that supports AirPrint. The problem is than when I wish to set a paper type for printing photos, there are no papers types to choose from. As you can see from the screenshot there is only one photo-related selection - Photo. When I attempt to print using Canon Luster paper the printer indicates that Glossy II is loaded and won't allow me to print. My guess is that the Glossy II paper was the last type registered hence the failure. How does one get the Mac to recognize and offer different paper types?

Printing from "Photos" I have a Canon TS8320 and it only shows Photo paper and not the type. I just use the type I want and all prints fine, no issue. My printer has no idea what type of photo paper I have loaded (just the size). I have to use the special photo feed tray to print out photos. Now if I want to change the paper type from the normal printing menu I do have a choice of paper type. It is under the media type menu. Did you check that? See this:
