I go to the clock app and set a new alarm for on the morning, I fix it to the right times and i go to change the sound and Radar isn’t available, I looked on classic too, not available. How do I use Radar alarm sound?

It's there on mine.
Create a new alarm (or edit an old one). Tap on Sound.
Then, swipe all the way to the bottom and tap on Classic:
Radar is under Presto and above Radiate:

there is no “classic” option on my phone anywhere at all, and the only thing that lets me use radar is the stopwatch…. Guess I’ll just have to use stopwatch as my alarm in the morning, because all the options for alarms on the clock are terrible and do absolutely nothing to wake me up.
Go down to the bottom of the sound list and tap on "Classic".
