Keep getting a pop up alert stating UpToDateMac1704743698 (numbers change) every three hours; says to move to trash and then deleter which I keep getting the same message (again, with different numbers after text)?

Please remove website notifications, you can do this by going to Safari > Preferences > Websites, then scroll down and choose Notifications and remove any websites shown.
It may also be wise to scan for any malware you may have installed by using Malwarebytes for Mac to make sure your system is nice a clean.
