How to install/drag Webex to the Applications folder

Hello

I figured out I have the intel version on my MacBook Air and I need to download the Webex app for a job interview next week. I keep getting this message when I am done. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

It did not work for me. What is wrong?

Webex keep asking which chip is in my Macnotebook, Intel chip or Apple chip.
I tried both chips to down load webex app. Still after drag into apllication folder, it does nothing.

Once the Cisco WebEx app is dragged to the Applications folder as was discussed above, look for the WebEx app in the Applications folder, double-click on it to launch, and perform whatever WebEx configuration is required.

If the WebEx app is either not in the Applications folder or fails to launch, contact Cisco WebEx support.
