How do I transfer my audiobooks in itunes onto my iphone from Windows

I have a ton of audiobooks on my itunes on my Windows computer that I just haven't gotten around to putting on my iphone. I went to do it today and since they changed itunes around now there is no option to sync to the phone, so I can find no way of putting the audiobooks onto my iphone.

Is this just temporarily suspended, or am I missing how to transfer these audiobooks over?
