Cannot downgrade iCloud

I cannot downgrade my iCloud and have noticed that some other people have faced similar problems.

It’s not letting me downgrade my iCloud - Apple Community

When trying to select 50 GB, the Done button is grayed out, and I'm currently on the 200 GB plan only using 20 GB.

Ironically, I also had trouble upgrading to the 200 GB plan to begin with and I cannot ever recommend anyone to use iCloud after having trouble upgrading and downgrading.

While the procedure given by apple support website is almost the same for MAC and iPhone, the final step of selecting DONE doesnt work. The button is simply not active to be clicked. Only the cancel button is active. Seems apple is trying to cheat people by disabling the downgrade option. Seems apple want another class action lawsuit by its abused users. Why is it not allowed to downgrade? I am using just over 1GB of the icloud so the space is not an issue. I tried using iphone and MAC to downgrade with stopping on the same unachievable step of pressing the DONE.

Downgrade to my ICloud Hi. I want to do downgrade to my ICloud. I the past I had 50 GB, but now I use just 1,3 GB. So I try to do Downgrade but I can`t. Please help me!
