My iPhone 14 on iOS 17.2 keeps running location services

My iPhone 14 on iOS 17.2 keeps running location services frequently by findmy iphone feature. Its annoying to see the arrow(or location) symbol on notification bar every minutes or so.When I check the location service in settings the find my option always has purple arrow since all other apps are set to never. please fix this bug its been there for a quite long now, some people on early 2020s had this problem and still it’s there, then what’s the point of all these flashy iOS updates and new phone release when these concerning bugs are still not fixed after years long.

Ditto for me!

I have an iPhone14, iOs: 17.2. When I first purchased the phone in Sept 2023, I made sure that my app location settings were "private". So, I'd say this issue qualifies as a Jira ticket candidate for sure if the Apple Support folks aren't already working on a fix.

I have had SO many problems with this device since the start. I thought I just got a "lemon" since the Titanium iPhone 15 came out a couple days after I bought mine.

Just one day without issues with this device would be awesome. Three straight months of this is getting a bit frustrating...
