I live in Morocco , I used different cards from different banks. I also used both Visa and MasterCard. All of them get declined. They used to work fine until recently. Now I cannot even download free apps from the App Store or pay my subscriptions.

I have tried many times unsuccessfully. The bank clearly stated that the payment was rejected by Apple. In the end, I used PayPal and everything was fine.
When you enter the card details make sure to enter the expiry year as 4 digits.
Otherwise, speak to Apple;

What do your banks report as to why they are declining the charges?

Thank you for your reply , actually each time I fill my card info into Apple account I get a notification from my bank saying that I made a 0$ transaction to Apple. So my bank doesn’t decline it.
I am having the same issue in Germany. I tried with two cards on the 9th of Jan but both were rejected.

Good for you sadly PayPal is not an available option here in Morocco.
