I would like a replacement phone as this is happening over and over, and I've been in for service at an Apple store in Naples, FL

This is a reoccuring problem and is extremely annoying. I'd like to replace my phone with a new one.

You would need to contact Apple about this (whatever the issue is since you haven’t actually described it here). If you are still under warranty (either the one year manufacturer warranty or AppleCare+) and whatever is going on is a covered issue you may be able to get a replacement if all other troubleshooting has been done. It would not be a new phone (only if you were in your 14 day return/exchange period) but it would be a refurbished device
