This is a user-to-user technical support forum. You are just talking to your fellow Apple Watch users.

You would have to ask Telegram why they have not created an app for the Apple Watch. Telegram is not an Apple product.

WhatsApp and Facebook are Meta company products, and only they could tell you why they do not have Apple Watch apps. Actually, there used to be a Facebook Apple Watch app, but Meta discontinued it. Again, only Meta would know why.
