No options for external monitor resolution on M2 Macbook Air

I'm trying to calibrate my external monitor with a different resolution than the default setting. Normally this isn't issue, but now when I open up System Settings and click on Displays, it no longer presents me a list of resolutions to choose for my external monitor whatsoever:

Usually there's a list of resolutions to choose from, and depending on what I'm using the monitor for, I can adjust the resolution directly. Now it gives me no option whatsoever. What can I do to change the resolution on my external display?
