iPhone 15: Charging Speed using USB-A to -C vs USB-C to -C

iPhone 15: Would the charging speed be different when charging from a wall power socket using :

a USB-C block/charger (pluggged into wall socket) + USB-C to -C cable
a USB-A block/charger (pluggged into wall socket) + USB-A to -C cable ?

Can iPhone 15 be charged with a USB A charge and USB A to USB C cable? Can you charge an iPhone 15 (pro or standard) with a USB A charger connected to an A to C cable? It depends on what type of adapter is plugged into the Power Socket. --> Fast charge your iPhone
