Re: "Accessibility is interfering while I am texting you. It says out loud every letter I am texting".

Seems you may need to adjust a setting on your iPhone.

Eg: If you are using VoiceOver

1. In "Settings"
2. Tap "General"
3. Tap "Accessibility"
4. Tap "VoiceOver." And turn it off

Else:

Even if VoiceOver is turned off, you may still hear iPhone speak selected text:

In that case:

1. Go to Settings  > Accessibility > Spoken Content.

Turn off "Typing Feedback" (or choose what you do want to hear spoken)
