screen colours for dis dyslexic

am dyslexic and I have to use a screen coloured when am reading but you don’t have the right shade of colour is there any way you could work with the dyslexic specialist to find away to have the right shade. I have noticed I miss under stand my emails and texts as my brain works differently just a thought as I can not be the only person in the world that has this problem thank you
