Problem with connecting Macbook to ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQ1A monitor

So I managed to connect my Macbook Pro M2 14" to my brand new ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQ1A monitor and I made it the main display for the Macbook (basically making the Macbook display unresponsive and switching everything to the ASUS monitor). I used the "Arrange" option that pops up when I plugged the both devices via HDMI cable. Everything worked as intended and I was using the monitor without any problems.

Then I saw that the monitor is working only at 60hz and I changed the hz to 144hz as my Macbook is capable of doing so and since then my ASUS monitor says "no signal" and I can't use my Macbook while connected to the monitor because I made the main screen the ASUS's one. I am not able to go to the system settings and click the "Arrange" option as my Macbook is unresponsive and the ASUS monitor says "no signal".

Do you have any idea how I can fix this? I found out that the MAC OS remembers my display settings and that's why it switches automatically the main display to ASUS. Is it possible to get this "Arrange" option without plugging in the HDMI cable?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.2
