Transferring wrongly purchased movie from child's account to parent's account

If you buy a high age rating movie from a child account by mistake, how can you fix it? Can a family organizer move the purchased movie from one account to another, or at least delete it permanently without any refund request? If not, how can you fix a wrong purchase in a child account? Hide/Unhide is not a permanent solution from the point of parental guidance view. Thanks in advance.
