Mac Mini M1 Bluetooth/AirDrop Problems

A file transfer using AirDrop from iPhone 12 to MacBook M2 Pro works fine. However, it always fails when Mac Mini M1 is used.

I have tried following fixes but the issue remains as it is.

  1. All three of my devices (iPhone, MacBook Pro, Mac Mini) are on the same wifi network.
  2. I tried resetting bluetooth module by the command –> sudo killall bluetoothd.
  3. Removed and added back all the bluetooth devices from Mac Mini M1.
  4. Mac Mini M1 Connected Bluetooth Devices: Apple Magic keyboard, Trackpad, AirPods Pro 2.
  5. Restarted iPhone, turned off/on bluetooth and radio on iPhone.

The problem still remains after removing all of the USB peripherals. I've also kept Mac Mini on a wooden table.

I read over internet that the Mac Mini has problem with wireless interference. I live in the city and surrounded with radio waves all the time. Apple should have added instructions to the manual that says, "Use Mac Mini in the environment where radio interference is less and not to use any USB peripherals with it for a normal wireless performance." :)

Anyways, as a workaround I use iCloud to transfer the files to Mac Mini and occasionally use AirDrop, so it's not really a hindrance in my work.
