You can add a new Apple ID to the Settings App under Users & Accounts.

click here ➜ Share Apple TV with multiple users - Apple Support

Do note, this only changes the logged in Apple TV and library for it that is shown in the TV App.

It will not affect 3rd party Apps signed into a different account
