I paid, I did not receive the product, I want my money back

I'm very dissatisfied, I placed an order and I didn't have the money in my account, then when I deposited the money into my account and placed the order again, the amount was deducted twice

Please contact the merchant and request a refund. If, if the merchant fails to refund funds. You can contact Apple and request a refund. Please review the support article I’ve linked below. It will assist in requesting a refund from Apple.
