Control Center - cannot switch off Bluetooth and wifi

Why, after iOS11, did Apple decide to change the original toggle, leading Bluetooth and WiFi not to be switched off?

From the very beginning of the control centre, it was designed to switch off and not disconnect.

It is for better battery and also ensure better security with the Bluetooth Off when not needed.

The original intend was clear, until iOS11, the app design team lost it.

I don’t need to disconnect Bluetooth; I want it OFF the Bluetooth.

The explaining was airdrop; which is not sensible. We all know if we want airdrop, we need both. And if I don’t want airdrop then I want it OFF.

That’s simple, Steve would be thinking like that.

And please don’t tell me that this feature was design to toggle disconnection instead of switch off.

Any other explanation what toggle off isn’t off and becomes disconnect. Please bring back a sensible toggle control center.
