FaceTime is uninstalled but still utilizing Account Storage

I uninstalled FaceTime, do not allow Account Changes (via ScreenTime w/ passcode).

My ScreenTime settings do not allow Camera.

When using my phone FaceTime is grayed out indicating it is not an option.

I do not sync anything at all with iCloud (except I cannot turn GameCenter off even though I do not use it).

I do not ‘back up’ my phone either.

Why is FaceTime using Account Storage.

The amount of storage differs from other days.

Screen Time using Snapchat time while on Facetime I have a limit specifically for the Snapchat app. However, anytime that I am on Facetime with someone, screentime automatically uses up that limit for Snapchat. It is not a problem with the Social and Creativity category for screentime, but an issue between Snapchat and Facetime. Please let me know if you know a fix for this. I have tried to hard reset the phone already.

FaceTime not in my phone I have 14 pro max and haven’t had issues using FaceTime until about 2 weeks ago. I’ve tried online troubleshooting but the issue is FaceTime is nowhere to be found in my settings. It has disappeared. I’ve tried restarting my phone several times as well. I’ve tried using FaceTime with my WiFi and data plan and nothing. I don’t know what else to do
