I had request for refund
I refund apps but then email said already refund , they payment to our bank or what ?

If it says “refunded” then the refund went to the same payment method that was used for the purchase. It can take several days to a month for the refund to appear; the length of time is determined by the policy of the bank that provided the original payment method.
