I changed my password earlier today and now I can't get into my phone. It have been locked for 3 hours. How can I log back in with being permanent logged off.

If you see an iPhone or iPad unavailable message or Security Lockout screen - Apple Support

I can't log into my iPhone, it says it's unavailable
