Apple watch REALLY stuck in 24 hour time.

I've unpaired and reset it twice already so please don't suggest that. Changing the slide toggle in the settings does not fix it either. Please tell me how to get rid of the 24 time, this is very irritating.

Hello utrechtc, On your iPhone Watch App > Clock > 24-Hour Time slide off. you may need to do a watch shut. down and power back up. On watch go to settings > general > Shut Down. You may also need to check your iPhone time too if your Watch is set to mirror iPhone. On your iPhone go to Settings > Date & Time 24-Hour Time slide OFF. If you still notice 24 hour time on iPhone then re-boot.
