Apple Sign In Email Spam

Every day at around 7:10 am, I get an email from Apple saying that my apple id was used to sign in to iCloud on a new device. I have checked the email address and it is: noreply@email.apple.com. I have read the apple article on how to identify phishing or scam emails and it looks legit. (It has my name and something else which makes it look legit) Because I know how these kinds of scam emails work, I did not click the link in the email to go to appleid.apple.com (It could point to a malicious site and be named appleid.apple.com) and instead I manually typed in apple.com and signed in to my apple id. I went to the devices section and everything looks ok. I have reset my password multiple times but I still get these emails. The email is encrypted with standard TLS, the logo looks centered and legit in the icon and I compared it to other apple emails that I know are legit and all the formatting and information they provide when I actually signed in to my apple id on a new device match. The only thing that is different is the time zone. These emails have the time zone UTC and that is not correct. I check the Internet Headers and it seemed to have passed DKIM, SPF and DMARC. I also check the email address for Unicode and it was all plaintext. Is this legit? If so, how do I stop getting spammed?
