When the Battery Health is down to 80%, it's time to start thinking about replacing the battery, but that's not a hard and fast rule. If the phone seems to be working fine, you may get to 75% or even a bit less before you notice that things are slowing down and the battery needs recharging more often.

Not unusual to see a 1%-2% drop in a month. The drops won't be the same every month with some months maybe not dropping at all. You should still be able to get at least 2 years out of the battery. It will need to be replaced when it falls under 80% Maximum Capacity.
